Write choices that are worth discussing
If one answer is obviously correct and the others make no sense, the poll will not tell you much. Use choices that reflect reasonable ideas, common misconceptions, or different predictions.
Students join with the PIN or QR link. Once the results appear, ask why they chose their answer. The chart shows what they picked, not the thinking behind it.
Controls and settings
Write the question and add at least two answer choices. You can add or remove options before starting. Start Live Poll opens the response screen with the join address and PIN, and QR Link gives students a scannable way to join. The chart updates with vote counts, percentages, and the total number of responses. Stop Poll ends the round.
Set it up in Sabura
- Open Vote and enter the question and answer choices.
- Start the poll and share the PIN or QR link.

Predict before the explanation
Show a situation where droplets form on a cold surface and offer several possible explanations. Let students vote before you teach the idea, then ask a few students why they chose their answer. After the explanation, return to the options and ask whether anyone would change their vote.
Teaching tip
Do not stop at the most popular answer. Use the pattern in the results to decide what question to ask next.
