Sabura
Terms of Service
This page explains the general rules for using Sabura classroom tools, what the tools are meant for, and the responsibilities that remain with the teacher or school.
Welcome to Sabura. By using our website and tools, including the Teacher Dashboard, Timer, Student Picker, Groups, Scoreboard, Random Letter, and Random Number tools, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
1. Platform use
Sabura is designed to help teachers manage lessons and classroom activities in a simple, interactive way. You may use Sabura tools for teaching activities, quick quizzes, group work, educational games, time management, and classroom participation.
You must use the platform lawfully and appropriately. Misusing the tools, disrupting the service, copying the platform, or using it in ways that harm users or the platform is not allowed.
2. Educational tool purpose
Sabura provides support tools for teachers, but it does not replace teacher judgment or professional decision-making. Random outcomes such as picking a student or forming groups are organizational aids only, and the teacher remains responsible for how they are used in class.
3. Accounts and optional saved features
Sabura may offer optional features for saving lists, settings, or reusing tools across devices. If you use those features, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and using it appropriately.
If you do not use sign-in or saved features, many tools can still be used directly in the browser without creating an account.
4. Privacy and student data
We understand that student information is sensitive in educational settings. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive data into tools. When using student names or lists, only include the minimum information needed for the activity.
For more details about how Sabura handles data, please read the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Sabura name, logo, interface design, written content, and software are owned by the platform or its rights holders. You may not copy, republish, clone, or build a competing version of the platform without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Sabura and its tools are provided on an “as is” basis without legally binding guarantees. We work to keep the tools stable and easy to use, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Sabura and its creators are not responsible for educational or organizational decisions made based on tool outputs. Use of the tools remains the user’s responsibility.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves or new tools are added. Continued use of Sabura after an update means you accept the revised terms.
